Private feedback helps us improve your buying experience, and will never be shared with or be visible to other buyers or sellers. The buyer’s rating, comments, and work sample (if published) will be visible on both the seller’s profile (when you scroll down to reviews) and Gig’s page (as part of the Live Portfolio). Here, they can also choose to publish or hide a work sample of the completed project. In the Public Feedback section, buyers can provide a star-rating review, as well, as a written comment.
This will take them to the Public Feedback section first, and then to the Private Feedback section. Once the seller delivers your order, buyers will have the option to accept the order and add feedback once they click Yes, I approve delivery. Click the Rate Experience button found in the banner. At the top of the Orders page, you’ll see a banner that says Your order was completed.Log in and click Orders from the top menu bar.The seller's honest feedback will be displayed on the buyer's profile page. This guarantees that the seller's feedback won't be influenced by the buyer's honest review. Your feedback will only be visible to the seller after you review their experience with the buyer. So make sure that you add a review so that you can get feedback, too. Please note: The seller will only be able to leave you a review if you provide feedback first. Once this timeframe is over, the option to add feedback will no longer be available for neither buyers nor sellers.Īdding feedback will automatically complete the order, but if the buyer doesn't wish to rate the order, they can choose to complete the order and skip adding the star rating and comments.
Feedback can be provided up to 10 days after the order is marked as Complete. Once the buyer clicks Accept & Review Order, they can provide feedback on your order.
